Apex Health Run 2027

The Apex Health Run is an annual San Antonio event held at O.P. Schnabel Park, beginning in the De Zavala Road area. Participants can choose from three options: a Kids Fun Run for children 10 and under, a timed 5K suitable for runners and walkers, and a timed 10K for those seeking a longer distance. Organized by Apex Healthcare, the race benefits Meals on Wheels. The 5K and 10K include race shirts, official bibs, and finisher medals. Children also receive a finisher medal. The top three male and female finishers in both timed races are awarded placement pins. The run proceeds regardless of weather conditions.
