The main course is fast and flat, designed for settling into a steady pace. Options include a run/walk, a kids’ dash on the track, and a rucking division with a patch. Participants range from serious runners and families to walkers and those carrying packs. The unofficial dress code is "Red, White, and Blue," and the event provides a Brooks running shirt along with finish-line treats.
