Christmas Island Jingle Bell Run 2026

The Christmas Island Jingle Bell Run is a 5K run/walk held on General Burnside Island State Park, beginning at 9:30 PM. The course winds through the Christmas Island light display, making the race centered on holiday lights instead of a standard daytime road course. Check-in and race-day registration are located at the park’s Lower Gravel Lot, with the start and finish in the Upper Lot. The event features a costume contest for individuals and teams, encouraging outfits like Santa’s Sleigh and Reindeer Team. Following the 5K, participants reconvene in the Upper Lot for refreshments and awards.
