CSCCRC Race for Education 5K Run/Walk

The CSCCRC Race for Education 5K Run/Walk takes place at Tradewinds Park in Broward County, Florida. This community 5K is for runners and walkers, presented by Amera and supported by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. The race supports the CSCCR Chamber Education Foundation. Proceeds fund classroom materials, school resources, and educational extras for local elementary, middle, and high schools. Participants receive a personalized bib with an RFID timing chip and an event dri-fit shirt. Finisher medals are available while supplies last. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers, creating a day with both a casual walk-or-run atmosphere and a competitive element.
