Haven 5K

The Haven 5K: Run and Walk for Birth. This event supports opening a new birth center, bringing more options, safety, and dignity for women and families. This means access to compassionate, personalized, high-quality midwifery care in a safe, welcoming space. Our second annual event brings together seasoned runners, casual walkers, families, and community members, all supporting respectful, informed, and safe maternity care. The Haven 5K is a rally – a movement that’s bigger than any one race, showing what happens when our community comes together to make change.
