HOPE...It's a Beach Thing honors the memory of Tim Beach, who passed from a glioblastoma multiform brain tumor. Tim outlived his prognosis by many months, living with a high quality of life and enjoying significant family milestones like his daughter’s engagement and son’s wedding. Inspired by Tim’s passion for running and his love of the University of Dayton, this event has raised over $732,000 for brain tumor research, with the hope that a cure will be found.
