NC4K Reindeer Run

The NC4K Reindeer Run is a December fundraiser in Columbus, Ohio, supporting children with cancer and their families. The primary race is a 5K along the Scioto Mile in downtown Columbus. Shorter options include a half-mile Santa Stroll and a Kids' Fun Run. The start is at 300 W Broad St, near the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. Previous editions have also taken place at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The event attracts families, casual runners, walkers, and children, not exclusively competitive racers. A recent event had nearly 1,100 participants, with 728 in the 5K, and raised close to $60,000. The post-race Rooftop Reindeer Party offers complimentary Chick-fil-A, music, and, in some years, animal encounters.
