Neewollah 5K and 10K

The Neewollah 5K and 10K are certified road races held in Independence, Kansas. Both races begin at 8:30 AM. A 1.6 km Fun Run/Walk is also offered for children 12 and under, starting after the main races conclude or at 10:00 AM, depending on the day's schedule. Race-day packet pickup is the sole option for participants. Registration for the 5K and 10K remains open until just before the morning start. The races proceed regardless of weather conditions. Dogs are prohibited in all events. Following the races, participants are welcome to stay for refreshments, an awards ceremony, the Chili Cook-Off, and the Dessert Contest.
