Complete a 5K every hour, on the hour, for six hours. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event, demanding pacing, discipline, and mental grit. The OUTLAST CLEVELAND course is trail-based, featuring natural terrain, elevation, and unpredictable conditions. Between rounds, recover, refuel, and refocus. Finish all six laps to earn the OUTLAST medal, or grab a "Grit Earned" or "Survivor" patch for fewer. It's a test for anyone mentally tough, regardless of speed.
