Run On The Rocks má fakt rýchlu a rovinatú trať, ktorá vedie popri Towpath. Na Towpath je voľný prístup pre všetkých, aj cyklistov, takže slúchadlá sa tam radšej neodporúčajú.
Ceny sa dávajú pre kategórie Risers (do 54 rokov) a Masters (od 55 rokov). Každý, kto dobehne, dostane finisher medailu a tričko. Registrácia v deň pretekov nie je možná.
