Live. Love. Thrive. RUN! 5K Run & 2.5K Walk

Live. Love. Thrive. RUN! is a Labor Day race and walk held at Munroe Falls Metro Park in Munroe Falls, Ohio, utilizing the park's lake and its surrounding trees. Participants can choose between a chip-timed 5K run (3.1 miles) or an untimed 2.5K family fun walk (1.5 miles). The walk begins before the 5K, and children under age 2 may be added to a registration at no cost. Linc Worldwide, a nonprofit organization located in Stow, Ohio, organizes this event to raise funds for a new faith-based school in Kenya. Proceeds will assist orphaned and impoverished children with essential needs such as food, water, medical care, and education. Individuals unable to attend in person can opt for a virtual 5K, completing it on their own schedule within the event period, submitting their time online, and receiving a shirt via mail. A referral incentive is also available: five friends invited via a unique registration link will result in a $20 discount on the entry fee.
