O tomto závodu
The Littlehampton 10K begins at 9:00 am on the town’s seafront, finishing back on the promenade with the sea nearby for most of the event. This is a road-closed 10K in Sussex, run on a fast, flat route suitable for first-time 10K runners and those aiming for a personal best. Standard entry is £31, and the race typically sells out before race day.
The course travels through residential Littlehampton, Rustington, and Mewsbrook Park before returning to the seafront. Runners will pass colourful beach huts, notable architecture, and the UK’s longest bench, adding local landmarks to the otherwise flat course. This event, now in its 20th year, is organised by RUN-FEST and benefits Chestnut Tree House, raising funds for local families requiring hospice care. A family mile is also available for children aged 4 and up. Finishers receive a photo, a Run-fest triangle medal, and a goody bag with post-race refreshments.
