Upton Triathlon & Duathlon 2026

Upton Multisport's summer race weekend takes place at Little Fish Meadow, on the banks of the River Severn in Worcestershire, centered on open-water swimming. It is held on the second weekend of July and offers participants multiple race formats: triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, relay triathlon, and children's running events. The standard triathlon consists of a 1500m swim, 42km bike, and 10km run. The sprint triathlon features a 750m swim, 21km bike, and 5km run. Duathletes complete a run-bike-run sequence instead of a swim. Aquabike competitors finish after the swim and bike legs, while aquathlon participants combine a swim with a run. Relay teams can share the sprint triathlon distances. Children aged 5-16 have a 1.5km run option, and the youngest participants can enter the 100m Kids Waddle. Onsite camping and a post-race party contribute to the event's atmosphere, resembling a small multisport festival more than a standalone race.
