第39回やぶはら高原はくさいマラソン 2026

The Yabuhara Kogen Hakusai Marathon is a highland race held in Kiso Village, Nagano Prefecture, at Yabuhara Kogen Kodama no Mori. The course is situated over 1,000 meters, offering cooler temperatures than many summer lowland races. It is not a simple run; the route features significant elevation changes with steep hills that add to the challenge. Participants can select from a half marathon, 10 km, or 3 km race. The half marathon and 10 km courses are certified. The event marks its 39th year, organized by the Yabuhara Kogen Event Executive Committee and the Kiso District Athletics Association. The half marathon has a 3-hour time limit and a checkpoint at 14 km. The 10 km and 3 km races also offer ample time limits. The 3 km race accommodates more than individual runners, with team categories for pairs and groups of three, as well as options for high school students and younger participants. All finishers receive certificates, and race details are mailed post-entry.
