第54回釧路湿原マラソン 2026

The Kushiro Marsh Marathon takes place on a summer day, starting and finishing within Kushiro City Stadium in eastern Hokkaido. Participants can choose from 30 km, 10 km, and 3 km runs, or a 15 km walk. The race proceeds in the morning and continues regardless of weather, indicating its nature as a functional local event rather than a fair-weather occasion. The course winds through the Kushiro Marsh region, known for native flora like Ezo-kuroyuri and the presence of red-crowned cranes. The 30 km race is open to all runners. The 10 km is open to high school students and above, the 3 km is for third graders and older, and a 3 km parent-child division is available for families with elementary school children or older. Notable participants include Yuki Kawauchi, the Comodiiida Ekiden team, Cool Kushiro City Tourism Ambassador Junna Kosakada, and Hokkaido tourism supporter Kaori Amano.
