5Knights 5K 2026

The Knights 5K is a run/walk held at Warren County Technical School in Washington, New Jersey. The course starts and finishes at the school on Route 57, utilizing Warren Tech's cross-country 5K route. This setup offers a feel closer to a school cross-country meet open to the public rather than a large road race. The event begins in the morning, is hand-timed, and maintains a straightforward format: no age-group or gender-group awards, only a marked course and a recorded finish time. The route incorporates both grass and pavement, featuring a few moderate inclines. A water station is positioned near the halfway mark. Both walkers and runners are welcome, and the entry fee is reasonable, with a reduced rate for advance registration compared to race-day sign-ups.
