Ultramarathon at Sky Maple Farm with Marathon Monk Mitsunaga Endo Tai-Ajari. He completed the thousand-day Kaihogyo walking meditation on Mt. Hiei. Run or walk a one-mile forest loop as moving meditation. Mala beads track laps; no clocks or cell phones. Afterward, sound baths and yoga are offered, concluding with a vegetarian farm-to-table dinner and dialogue with the Ajari-sama.
