Explore the trails at Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge. This race uses double track trails, a mix of dirt and gravel, through a nature refuge past ponds, pine and oak forests, and alongside military bunkers. It's a good course for beginner trail runners, but advanced runners might find an opportunity for a new PR. It's a cupless race – let's keep our wild spaces wild!
