You'll receive a personalized schedule through Final Surge, whether you're working on picking up your pace or pursuing other goals. Enjoy a Group Training Atmosphere with pace leaders, plus a Run with Us training shirt. The Summer Sweat + Speed Session Training Camp also includes a FREE Injury Prevention Workshop and offers options for running form and gait analysis. Sessions are held at rotating locations.
