Run the banks alongside rapids and rocks, seeing city skyline views while experiencing RVA's outdoor gems like the Canal Walk, James River Park System, Belle Isle, and the Floodwall. A chip timed trail 5K-ish route has no mud pit, letting you focus on the trails.
