At Grange, Coastal4Cancer 2025 – RUN TEAL maintains a relaxed atmosphere near the water, embodying "running with purpose" beyond a mere slogan. This event is part of the Coastal Fun Runs series, a community initiative where a portion of each registration fee benefits selected charities, including cancer research. The event offers a local, straightforward atmosphere, bringing together casual walkers, novice runners, beginners, and more competitive racers along the same coastline. The course utilizes "scenic coastal paths" along the foreshore, featuring a flat, paved surface and "stunning Gulf St Vincent views." Participants will encounter the "refreshing sea breeze" along the esplanade, with historic jetties, beach pavilions, and coastal reserves providing varied scenery. The out-and-back design facilitates interaction with other participants and spectator encouragement, while the minimal elevation changes allow for steady pacing or personal best attempts.
