From Coronation Park, the Kiama Coastal Classic heads directly onto the Kiama-Gerringong coastal track, a route where your footwear will encounter varied terrain. This event is structured around the coastline, featuring paths that go by surf beaches, caravan park boundaries, and headlands before returning to event headquarters. The primary trail run combines roads, grass, sand, stairs, small bridges, and a shallow water crossing at Werri Beach, emphasizing consistent pacing over speed. Alternative routes start from the grassed area opposite Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club, turn near East's Beach Caravan Park, or extend to Kendalls Beach. Participants, including runners, walkers, and joggers, will share the same coastal path, with the finish located at Coronation Park.
