The Dětský MTB Cup Libereckého kraje is a Czech cross-country mountain bike series in the Liberec area for children and teenagers aged 2 to 16. It focuses on youth racing, with the smallest riders getting a playful first race setting, while older children and cadets ride with a more serious race focus. Over eighteen years, the organizers have held 126 races across 34 locations, establishing a long record in Czech youth cycling.
Each round functions as its own event, with course length and technical difficulty adjusted to the age and ability of the riders. The tracks include climbs, challenging children beyond flat loops to build bike handling and endurance. Riders often prepare with parents or cycling clubs, and race day includes extras like face painting and first aid demonstrations, making it practical for families with very young children as well as older juniors.
