Allgäu Mittsommer Marsch Sonthofen

This hike traverses the Allgäu's beautiful landscapes, featuring nature, elevation gain, and memorable views. The route begins flat along the Iller, then follows the old Salt Road to Rottachspeicher. A steep climb leads to Ellegger Höhe, offering panoramic vistas. The path continues to Grüntensee, then a gradual ascent to Oberjoch, before descending via the old Jochpass road to Bad Hindelang.
