Seewooglauf

Seewooglauf is a local running day in Ramstein-Miesenbach, Germany, held in October with races for adults, children, and walkers. The main race is 10 km, and the shorter adult options are a 5 km Jedermannslauf plus a 5 km walking and Nordic walking event. Children have their own races: 800 m for school-age runners and 400 m for the youngest Bambini group. The event is set up as a practical community race, not a large-scale spectacle. Race numbers, catering, changing rooms, and showers are all based at the Reichswaldsporthalle, with parking near the start. Late entries are accepted until shortly before each start, results are shown on a monitor after the run, and certificates are printed online through My Race Result. The Bambini and Schüler races have no entry fee, and every child in those races receives a small surprise.
