The Sparkassen Cross Pforzheim is a cross country race held annually since 2008 at the Lohwiesenhof near Pforzheim-Huchenfeld in southwest Germany. It is part of the German Cross Cup and holds World Cross Country Tour and World Ranking status, positioning it above a local club race while maintaining a compact farm-field setting. The German Athletics Association has frequently used it as a selection race for the European Cross Country Championships, and for U20 athletes, it has long been a consistent qualification opportunity on the German calendar.
The course is situated on a slightly downhill field northeast of the Lohwiesenhof, with the race center located at the farm and adjacent grounds. Organizers construct a sand bunker and a steep hill specifically for the event, providing runners with the disrupted rhythm characteristic of cross country. The program has featured German university, police, and Baden-Wuerttemberg cross championships, alongside a school championship and children's training, thus bringing together elite hopefuls, students, police athletes, juniors, and local young runners within the same meeting.
