4-16-4 Aarhus Bay Triathlon

The Aarhus Bay Triathlon 4-16-4 is an annual event held at Tangkrogen in Aarhus. Its short format consists of a 400-meter swim, a 16-kilometer bike ride, and a 4-kilometer run.
