Hybrid Challenge Randers is an indoor fitness race held at Arena Randers in central Jutland, typically over a November weekend. The format is straightforward: participants run a total of 5 km, divided into 650 m running segments, with eight workout stations interspersed. It is designed for both recreational athletes and experienced competitors, and individuals can register alone or as a pair.
The workouts incorporate standard hybrid-racing equipment and movements: C2 BikeErg, sled pull and push, C2 RowErg, farmer deadlift, C2 SkiErg, weighted lunges, burpee broad jumps, and a Rogue Echo Bike finish. In the doubles category, both partners complete the entire route, but they may divide the fitness exercises as they see fit. Mixed and male pairs use the men’s weights for strength stations, while female pairs use the women’s weights. Spectators are welcome, positioning the event closer to an arena fitness competition than a typical road race.
