Porvoon juniorikisat 1 / Borgå juniortävling 1 is an evening junior athletics meet at Keskuskenttä - Centralidrottsplanen in Porvoo, starting at 18:00. Borgå Akilles and Porvoon Urheilijat organize the event, with a program designed for young age groups from under-8s to 15-year-olds. The youngest athletes compete in a 40-metre run and shot put. Athletes aged 10 and 11 run 60 metres and participate in either long jump or high jump, based on their category. For the 12- and 13-year-old groups, the events include a 60-metre run, a 1500-metre run, and a jump event. The 14- and 15-year-old groups will compete in 100 metres, 2000 metres, and either high jump or long jump. Athletes not registered with a club pay a fee per event, with late entries incurring a higher charge, while athletes from Akilles and PU are exempt from the entry fee.
