Night and Run - Chambéry

Night and Run - Chambéry is a December night race connecting two Université Savoie Mont-Blanc campuses in Savoie. Participants begin at the Jacob Bellecombette campus sports hall for an untimed 2.5 km warm-up, followed by a timed 10 km race to Technolac at Le Bourget-du-Lac. The format is straightforward: a single start, headlamps illuminated, then a swift point-to-point run instead of a circuit through town. The course descends approximately 50 meters, suggesting a rolling and fast profile rather than a steep one. Around 70% of the route follows cycle paths and greenways, with the remainder on gentle paths. Aid stations offering solid and liquid refreshments are located at kilometer 6, preceding a hot meal at the Technolac finish line.
