The Trailwalker Oxfam in the forests of Nancy is a 100 km team challenge that begins in Nancy, located in the Grand Est region of France, during late May. Teams consist of four people who must stay together for the entire distance without relays. They have 30 hours to complete the course, positioning the event as a demanding trail outing or an endurance walk.
The route departs the city, venturing into the natural areas and forests surrounding Nancy. Teams navigate this course throughout day and night, utilizing refreshment stations provided along the way. Participation includes a fundraising commitment: each team is required to collect a minimum of €1,500 for Oxfam France, contributing to their efforts to combat poverty and inequality. This Nancy event is one iteration of the Oxfam France Trailwalker series, which also takes place in Dieppe, Normandy.
