Sundowner 5K Series Race 3

The Sundowner 5K Series comprises three summer evening 5K races in Edinburgh. Race 3 begins at Inverleith Park at 6:30pm. This series is designed for post-work running, offering a short, timed, and relaxed option for individuals seeking a single evening race without the commitment of a larger event. The series routes utilize inner trail paths around Inverleith Park, Leith Links, and Fettes. These paths keep the courses within Edinburgh’s green spaces, away from city-centre roads. Participants can register for an individual race or for all three, using the monthly schedule to pursue a faster 5K time. Chip timing is provided, entry places are limited, and the series caters to a range of runners, from those aiming for personal bests to individuals developing confidence over the 5K distance.
