BakonyRUN 7.0

Síaréna Vibe Park places this race directly onto the Bakony's hard face with the seventh edition of BakonyRUN 7.0. It's designed less like a standard road race and more like a contest with the hillside. The organizers refer to it as “the Bakony’s biggest challenge,” a fitting description: the terrain is brutal, followed by man-made obstacles, with no pretense that the forest is merely scenery. The course centers on overcoming nature, or discovering if nature overcomes you. Expect roots, steep slopes, mud, and whatever the park presents before the artificial obstacles begin. With kids’ runs and team categories, participants include not only individual trail runners, but also groups testing their limits together. The common saying is that “the first obstacle is always nature.” By the finish, finisher medal in hand, you will understand this perfectly.
