Zantingh Tweewielers ATB Tocht

The Zantingh Tweewielers ATB Tocht is a mountain bike tour starting in Oosterhesselen, located in the Dutch province of Drenthe. Participants can select either a 30 km or 50 km route, designed primarily for off-road cycling. Approximately 80 percent of the course avoids paved roads, and the entire distance covers around 300 meters of elevation gain. The route crosses the extensive forests and heathlands of Drenthe, presenting itself more as a dirt and nature excursion rather than a road race with occasional trail segments. Past participants have offered favorable feedback, particularly regarding the forest environment and the opportunity to explore the rural areas surrounding Oosterhesselen. Amenities for dealing with muddy conditions are provided, such as showers, changing areas, a bike wash station, and secure bike storage.
