Terrengkarusellen Trondheim

Terrengkarusellen Trondheim offers short off-road races in Trondheim's terrain. Included are a 6 km loop at Ferista and a 3.7 km course at Lianvannet, near the city tram's final stop. The races are scheduled for late May. The format focuses on compact, local trail runs rather than extended mountain ultras. At Lianvannet, the start and finish are by the lake on the grassy area below the tram stop. The course follows a gravel path around the water, featuring gentle hills and some narrow sections. It consists of two laps, requiring runners to share the path with others. Access is simple for a trail race: take the tram from central Trondheim to Lian, or park at the tram stop, Lian restaurant, Diket, or Haukvannet.
