Bieg Wrocław Tętni Dobrem is a free 4.5 km charity run in Wrocław, held in Szczytnicki Park near the Centennial Hall area. It is organized by the Regional Blood Donation Center in Wrocław and centers on the message: regular blood donation matters. The race is short enough for newer runners, but the park loop presents a real running challenge.
The course uses two 2.25 km loops, with the start and finish by Mickiewicza Street or under the Iglica next to Centennial Hall depending on the edition. Runners receive starter packs, top finishers get trophies, and the field is capped at 200 people, a limit reached for one edition. A distinctive part of the event is that participants can support blood donation not only by running for the cause, but also by donating blood on race day.
