The main distance is approximately 22 km with about 400 meters of climbing, suitable for runners seeking a compact mountain-style race without an ultra-distance commitment.
The festival offers shorter options: Bieg Idy is 11.5 km with around 500 meters of elevation gain, and Bieg Uzdrowiskowy is 4.5 km with about 100 meters of climbing. Field sizes are modest, with dozens of runners. Results show 72 starters in Bieg Babinicza, 49 in Bieg Idy, and 29 in Bieg Uzdrowiskowy. Alan Dobrowolski won Bieg Babinicza in 1:27:14, and Paulina Serafin-Gorszkowska won the women's race in 1:55:13.
