MSE Osiek Triathlon 2026

The MSE Osiek Triathlon begins on the sandy beach next to the Molo hotel in Osiek. The entire event is centered at the Molo Osiek Resort complex. This May triathlon offers two primary solo distances: the 1/8 Ironman, consisting of a 475 m swim, 20 km bike, and 5 km run, and the 1/4 Ironman, featuring a 950 m swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run. Both distances include relay categories, allowing teams to divide the swim, bike, and run segments. The swim takes place in generally calm, clean water. The bike and run courses are flat, utilizing good road surfaces and remaining close to the water. This configuration makes the race suitable for newcomers while remaining competitive for seasoned triathletes aiming for personal bests. The event attracts beginners, club athletes, relay teams, and returning participants from Lesser Poland. Its welcoming atmosphere contributes to why many competitors include Osiek as a consistent part of their racing season.
