Triathlon Opolski

Triathlon Opolski takes place in late May at the Nowe Siolkowice bathing area, located in the Popielow commune of Opolskie, Poland. Two standard middle-distance options are available: a 1/8 Ironman comprising 475 m swimming, 22.5 km cycling, and 5.25 km running, and a 1/4 Ironman with 950 m swimming, 45 km cycling, and 10.5 km running. The event is organized by Klub Sportowy “grupa Triathlonowa Kona”. It serves as an approachable entry point for individuals new to triathlon, particularly on the 1/8 Ironman course. Participants travel from within Poland and internationally. The course prioritizes safety over extreme distance or technical challenges.
