The Wrocław Night Half Marathon is a 21.0975 km road race in Wrocław, Poland, run after dark, usually in June. It starts late in the evening, around 10 p.m., which is the whole point: runners cover a standard half marathon distance while the city is lit up and the summer heat has dropped. Recent editions use a certified course and a stadium setting, with the Olympic Stadium long serving as the start and finish area and newer plans moving the finish onto the floor of Tarczyński Arena.
The route changes by edition, but it is built around Wrocław’s wide streets, bridges, and central districts rather than park paths or trail sections. Past courses have sent runners over Szczytnicki Bridge and Grunwaldzki Bridge, through areas around plac Grunwaldzki, Podwale, Ruska, Oławska, and back toward the stadium. The race draws thousands of runners, uses start zones and electronic timing, and supports them with marked kilometres, water stations, refreshment points, medical aid, toilets, and water curtains. Some editions add music, film themes, or special medals, so the night-race atmosphere is part of the event rather than just a later start time.
