5K on the Beach presented by Brooks 2026

Race on the Rockaway Boardwalk. The course is fast, with a post-race dip in the ocean and an after party. Space is limited. Three waves: Open, Men's (sub 21:00), and Women's (sub 23:00). Provide your goal time at registration. All registered runners get a 5K on the Beach giveaway!
