Forest Park 5K & Kids Dash 2026

The Forest Park 5K & Kids Dash is the only race in the Park that benefits the Park itself. Bring your little ones for the non-timed Kids Dash. If you can't make it in person, you can still be a Virtual Runner and get the run shirt.
