Frantic Frog Fall Sprint Triathlon and 5k

The second Frantic Frog Sprint is at Goose Pond Colony Resort. The triathlon starts with a swim from the pier to a beach exit, followed by an out & back bike course and an out and back run route into the campground. A 5k run also uses the campground route. This is a less frantic option for the Frantic Frog Fall Sprint Triathlon and 5k. No USAT membership is needed for the 5k.
