Hochfügen Hightrails Festival Zillertal

The Hochfügen Hightrails Festival is an August trail running event held in Hochfügen, located in the Zillertal area of Tyrol. It features three races: the 17.7 km HightrailRun with 1,250 meters of elevation gain, a 7 km FunRun, and a KidsRun for young trail runners. The main race follows a mountain up-and-down route on the Gilfert loop. The FunRun offers both individual and three-person team entries. The festival attracts recreational runners, professional trail runners, juniors, and families. It also hosts an official Austrian Championship for Trail Classic, with U18 and U20 championship races linked to the FunRun.
