Sobre esta carrera
Haumoana School hosts the second race in the Triathlon Hawke's Bay Winter Duathlon Series. This event offers run-bike-run options and solo runs, designed as a low-key winter competition. It has the feel of a club series: participants can choose short, middle, or long distances, race individually or as a team, and maintain fitness through the colder months.
The event caters to a range of participants. Beginners can enter the "Duathlon Dash for 7 years +", families can participate together, and experienced athletes can use it for "keeping your fitness in check" before the summer triathlon series. The event's ethos is "being involved, having fun", with sufficient structure for a proper workout.
