XII Triathlon Garwolinski 2026

Triathlon Garwolinski is a sprint-distance triathlon in and around Garwolin. The course consists of a 750-meter swim in Lake Mamut, a 20-kilometer bike ride, and a 5-kilometer run. It is open to athletes aged 16 and up, welcoming younger competitors, local club athletes, and adults new to the short triathlon format. The race is organized by the Center for Sport and Culture in Garwolin, with support from the AQUA LIFE Foundation, the Garwolin Cycling Association "Horyzont", and the Truchtacz.pl Association. This event has been held for over ten years, following a simple structure: swim in the lake, cycle the course, and finish with a run.
