This event funds the Don Maynard Scholarship Fund for Franklin County public school seniors. The 5K starts on Colrain Road, loops through the “Meadows,” and finishes on the bike path bridge. A $50 prize goes to the fastest teenage male and female finishers. Runners 65 or older receive a discount. Dip in the river to cool off afterward.
