Train for four days in the Shenandoah Mountains. Refine your stroke in the JMU pool and swim at Arrowhead Lake. Improve cycling skills on the Appalachian ridgeline. Run on double and single track, plus gravel Forest Service roads. Workouts are scaled to your experience.
