The Low Intensity Instructional Camp is for beginning runners who can comfortably complete two miles. Taught by current and former collegiate distance runners from Hansons Running Shop, the camp focuses on training principals, running mindset, and race strategies. Participants will be separated by ability and fitness level and enjoy running-related games. The Hansons Middle School Cross Country Camp concludes with a relay race on the final day.
