Eastern States 100

Eastern States 100 averages a 49% finish rate. The 103-mile course includes 20,000ft of elevation gain, with multiple 900-1200 foot climbs and descents, circumnavigating Pine Creek—The Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. Runners will traverse the Mid State Trail and the Black Forest Trail. Runners may find themselves agreeing with Pine Creek's other name: The Lost or Bewildered River.
